This service is for those who have done the suppliers selection phase already – finalized plans with the venue, selected 80-100% of the suppliers and would need 100% supervision on their wedding.

  • RSVP Link for guests & Text Reminders to Entourage

We will be in charge of sourcing out other suppliers and filling out of all other details. The Partial Coordination is a great choice for those who would need help in negotiating with other suppliers. This service includes:

  • ALL services under On-the-Day Coordination

  • One-Time Text Brigade to Guests

  • Provision of budget management

  • Scout & negotiation with minor suppliers

  • Attendance in supplier meetings

  • Pre-nuptial shoot assistance

Partial Coordination

This package is for those who already covered 20-50% of their suppliers, and would need an extra hand on the follow-up meetings and selection of other needs.
